Support for Your Guests

04

We’ll design a personalized wedding website for you, including all the details your guests need, plus a booking form.

You’ll receive notifications whenever a guest books their trip!

Create Your Wedding Website

03

Once you’ve chosen a resort and confirmed your wedding date, we’ll finalize a room block contract.

Most resorts require a $100 deposit per room to reserve inventory, which will go toward your own room reservation.

Example: Holding 35 rooms would require a $3,500 deposit, applied toward your room cost. If your room costs less, you’ll get a refund for the difference.

Don’t worry—there are no penalties for unused rooms, and we’ll guide you through this step!

Secure Your Wedding Date & Room Block

02

We’ll start by researching together to narrow down resorts based on your preferences.

Once we’ve shortlisted 2–3 resorts, we’ll connect you with the wedding teams to learn more about each option.

From there, we’ll request room block proposals with detailed rates for your review.

 Frequently Asked Questions

01

How much do your services cost?

Zero! We do not charge for our services.

02

When should we start booking?

As soon as possible! Couples usually book anywhere from 1-2 years before their wedding date.

03

What is the difference between a travel agency and wedding planner?

We are a destination weddings travel agency meaning that we help you find where you want to get married, we help you get in touch with the weddings teams at the resort and we are your support or advocate throughout the wedding process. We handle your guests' room reservation, coordinating their transportation and handling all travel and resort questions. A wedding planner focuses specifically on decor and logistics of your wedding day.

04

Which locations are the most popular?

Mexico including Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa Del Carmen, Tulum, Playa & Costa Mujeres, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo as well as the Dominican Republic and Jamaica.

05

What does it cost to have a destination wedding?

The cost for a destination wedding varies depending on the resort, amount of guests and your vision. We usually see weddings costing around $12,000 - $40,000 so there is a big range.

06

Do you create a website for guests to book accomodations?

Absolutely! We create a wedding website where your guests can book their room and find out all of the details regarding your wedding, the resort and deadlines.
